WE ARE
Counselors
The Counselors Miami offers individual, family and couples counseling. At the Counselors Miami we recognize that there may be moments in life during which individuals, couples and/or families may require additional support. We offer a diverse range of mental health services. Our counseling programs are designed to improve the overall well-being of our clients and promote healthy relationships.
Coaches
The Counselors Miami offers a range of coaching services.

Academic Coaching:

Services include working with adolescents who may need support with time management and organizational skills. Additionally, we work with adolescents who have recently been diagnosed with ADHD or specific learning disorders in order to develop a plan to improve school performance. The focus of academic coaching will involve leveraging resources (school office hours, counselors etc), assessing study strategies and evaluating progress over time. Coaches are available to act as liaison between student and school.

Parent Coaching:

Over the span of a child’s development, parents may need additional support or guidance. Our services include working with parent(s) to develop effective strategies that address the needs of the whole child. Our services include helping parents create a plan to: proactively address concerns, understand roots and causes of behavior, feel more in control and encouraged in parenting skills, develop a system of ideas and tools that empower them and promote healthy parent-child relationships.

Consultants
The Counselors Miami offers a range of educational consulting services. We recognize that in order for students to do well they must be well. Our consulting services include working with schools to develop curriculum that supports the social-emotional well-being of today’s learner. We also work with schools to develop parent programs.
